Q: Do you restock sold-out merch?
A: Yes, we usually do! Restocks normally happen during Con-season (around May in Switzerland). If there's a specific thing you'd like restocked, feel free to contact us about it! We can't guarantee it ofc, but feedback helps us determine what to re-order :)
Q: Why is shipping so expensive?
A: There's two factors to it. One is that we ship from Switzerland, and our shipping costs are rather high. Second is that Bigcartel doesn't allow weight calculation, and any orders over 100g (which happens fast) jump in cost :(
Q: Where do you produce your merchandise?
A: We've used several services over the years. Right now, we use Zap Creatives for stickers, Vograce for Charms, Washi and Pins, and Mixam for Prints!
Q: How long does shipping take to arrive?
A: From experience, shipping can take anywhere between 1 - 8 weeks, depending on how the world is doing at the moment :') If you'd like to be able to track your order, make sure to add Tracking to your cart!
Q: There's an issue with my order! What do I do now?
A: If your order hasn't arrived after 8 weeks, if there's something wrong with your ordered merch, or if you have a question in general about your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us! We'll help you out as much as we can!
